NAYA V1x
Terms of Service
These beta terms govern access to the invite-only V1x reconciliation product. They are intended to set clear operational expectations before broader public release.
1. Beta service
V1x is currently offered as an invite-only beta service. Features may evolve, change, or be removed as the product matures.
Access is granted to named users within an approved organization. You may not share credentials or use the service on behalf of an unapproved organization.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the service only for legitimate reconciliation, investigation, and operational workflows tied to your organization.
You may not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with platform availability, access another organization's data, or probe system behavior outside your authorized use.
3. Data and responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that data uploaded to V1x is data your organization is permitted to use and reconcile.
Alfred is an assistive capability. Final operational decisions remain the responsibility of your organization.
4. Availability and support
Because this is a beta service, availability, performance, and response times are not yet governed by formal production service levels.
NAYA may suspend access, enable read-only mode, or disable Alfred features when needed to contain incidents, protect data, or preserve service integrity.
5. Termination
NAYA may revoke beta access if the service is misused, if security concerns arise, or if continued access creates operational risk.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms or your beta access can be directed through your NAYA onboarding or support contact.
