NAYA V1x
Privacy Policy
This summary explains how beta account information, reconciliation inputs, and Alfred activity are handled for the invite-only V1x beta.
1. Data we collect
We collect account information, organization details, reconciliation files, transaction data, system telemetry, and limited Alfred interaction data needed to operate and improve the beta service.
2. How data is used
Data is used to provide reconciliation workflows, operate Alfred, monitor system health, investigate incidents, and improve reliability during beta.
Alfred activity may be logged with organization and user context for auditability, debugging, and safety review.
3. Observability and provider use
V1x uses operational telemetry to understand service health and user behavior. This includes system tracing, product analytics, and Alfred-specific observability.
Data sent to Alfred-related providers is subject to platform controls for redaction, minimization, and access review.
4. Access and retention
Access to beta data and telemetry is restricted to authorized NAYA personnel who need it for support, operations, or security review.
Beta retention and deletion handling may evolve as the service matures, but access controls and incident containment remain required throughout the beta period.
5. Your controls
During beta, organizations are provisioned manually. Updates to core organization information can be made through the product or with assistance from NAYA support.
6. Contact
Questions about privacy handling can be directed through your NAYA onboarding or support contact.
